Production Features and Materials
Our pallets are manufactured from softwood species such as pine and spruce, ensuring good mechanical strength and resistance to operational loads. Production is carried out using modern woodworking equipment, which allows us to maintain stable quality and consistent product parameters.
Euro Pallets
We manufacture wooden pallets that comply with the European Union standard UIC 435-2 (GOST 9557-87). The dimensions and technical parameters of Euro pallets are strictly standardized. Standard Euro pallets have dimensions of 800×1200×145 mm, a load capacity of up to 1200 kg and a net weight of approximately 18-22 kg. All corners of the pallet are chamfered. Each pallet is marked in accordance with the standard and includes an oval EUR stamp on the right blocks, as well as a manufacturer’s stamp containing production-related information. All Euro pallets undergo phytosanitary treatment by prolonged drying at a temperature of at least 60°C in a closed drying chamber. The pallets are marked to confirm the phytosanitary treatment of the wood.
Custom Cargo Pallets
As a manufacturer of wooden pallets produced in accordance with European standards, we also manufacture cargo pallets to order, based on customer specifications. These may include standard non-certified pallets with dimensions of 800×1200 mm or 1000×1200 mm in accordance with GOST 9078-84, as well as pallets of other designs and sizes. Structural features and technical parameters of custom pallets are defined individually, depending on the intended application and load requirements.
